1, Which robots do you make protective suits for?
We make custom protective suits for industrial and collaborative robots of all brands, including Universal Robots, FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa Motoman, Kawasaki, Stäubli, AUBO and many others.
2. What information do you need to prepare a proposal?
We need the robot’s brand and model, a description of its application, and a 3D file in STEP format. This file must include the components mounted on the robot: mounting brackets, tools, accessories and any other equipment that must be considered when designing the protective suit. Please also identify the areas to protect, the types of exposure involved, and any locations where the suit may be subject to friction. Photos of the installation can help complete this information.

3. What types of exposure can a protective suit help protect against?
Your application may involve welding spatter, dust, paint or other process-specific exposures. Materials and design are selected based on your application: the same suit is not necessarily suitable for every condition.
4. Why do you need to know about areas subject to friction?
Repeated rubbing can accelerate wear on the suit. It is therefore important to identify any areas where it could rub against the robot, its accessories or surrounding equipment during movement. This information helps us account for these conditions from the design stage.
5. Can you add our logo or provide white-label production?
Yes. We can customize the suits with your logo or supply them as white-label products, without our branding. Please specify your customization requirements when submitting your inquiry.
6. How can I request a quote?
